Inidel Inc. ("Inidel," "we," "us") operates inidel.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the website, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit the consultation form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, business name, website, markets served, years in business, the services you are interested in, budget range, your message and how you heard about us. Partnership and careers inquiries may include company details, a portfolio or profile link and your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the referring page. We record your IP address with form submissions to help prevent spam and abuse. We also record the page you arrived on and any campaign parameters in the link you followed, so we know which channels bring inquiries.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, time on site and approximate location. We do not send your name, email address or other form details to Google Analytics. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How we use information

- To schedule an orientation call or meeting, when there is a fit
- To understand which pages and channels bring inquiries, and to improve the website
- To protect the website against spam and abuse
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Text messages
If you choose text as your preferred contact method and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share your phone number or text consent with third parties for marketing.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us operate the website and respond to you, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Email delivery: Postmark sends inquiry notifications to our team.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, as described above.
- Hosting: the website and its data are hosted on servers managed by Inidel.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Retention
We keep inquiry records for as long as they are useful for responding to you and for our business records, and delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS, and inquiry records are stored on servers we manage with access limited to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted by emailing email@inidel.com. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on above.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
